Cody Thompson kicked off his 2025 campaign on the first weekend in February with the $10,000-to-win Texas Showdown at I-37 Speedway. He was part of a 49-car IMCA Modified field at the quarter-mile track in Pleasanton, Texas, and grabbed a strong top-five feature result.
